Kia ora. Room 111 has the views. Family of five 1 adult, two youths, 1 toddler under 5 and 6 month old baby. The grand son liked his comfty queen bed. His two kid sisters shared a single bedroom. Mom and baby on the other queen bed. So there was 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The bedroom had two single. The shower and toilet adjacent family area (lounge) which suited the two youngsters and there is a lovely, nice, clean spacious communal shower and toilet room a few doors across the hallway. One queen in the open plan kitchen/dinner area and other queen off the lounge the sleeping layout worked out fine kept the whanau close. Only down-fall was no freezer for ice-cream only fridge but it had a good cooler so purchased fresh food every 2nd day. The kitchen/dinner space very tight to maneuver. Large dinning table great but squashed. Also beware the single room window opens out to next-door guest room outdoor smokers area. Lots of for Korrin the owner his service was sweet and friendly, very nice and kind people. I definately would recommend this room and place for emergency housing needs. Btw: Room 111 lounge TV has a cloudy blotch in the screen. Other than that beautiful place, beautiful location. Awesome view of the sunrise and especially the setting sun
