After initial discussions with a few building companies we chose Precision Built because they were the easiest to talk to and seemed to actually listen to our ideas. They were great to work with, receptive to our thoughts but willing to suggest improvements when they saw opportunities. They're perfectionists in a good way, they care about the quality of their product and took opportunities to make it better because they take pride in their work. Many of their default specifications would be treated as expensive upgrades by some other companies, and we feel we got good value out of our build. Because they usually design from scratch we got the house we wanted rather than having to work from a standard plan as some other companies do. Their excellent planning and logistical management saved us through the building materials crisis and the house was built to budget and almost on time. I'm not expecting to need to build another house, but they made the process painless and I'd happily use them again. An awesome company who built us a beautiful home. The guys and their sub contractors were great and very much in tune with what we wanted. Their professional and friendly approach made the whole design and build process an enjoyable experience. They were accessible at all times and we were able to visit the building site regularly.
