        Got them out many months ago for kitchen drain not draining. They used their flash camera setup and eventually said it was a full septic tank, so wasted money on both their callout as well as another septic tank clean (even though we told them had been done less than 12 months prior - 1 person living in 4 bedroom house) The problem persisted, my further calls & emails went unanswered.. I finally called ACE PLUMBING in HUNTLY (very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they didn't use flash gear, but looked at the problem & fixed it by removing a buildup of gunk and putting in an air intake valve to increase flow out to the septic. Beware, flash equipment does not compensate for basic knowledge. Their camera obviously missed the buildup inside the drain. These people do not guarantee their work at all.!
