Great experience finding our new home. Our house in Auckland took quite a long time to sell so we got to know Marise and her team well while looking for a property in the Matamata/Piako region. Because Marise got to know us so well when a new property was coming to market Marise contacted us straight away knowing we liked the area and what the house had to offer. Throughout the process of viewing the property, negotiation and completing checks Marise was always available and there to help - nothing was to much trouble. A first-class agent Jacki was personable, consistent and professional from start to finish. She was always fully up to speed with all aspects of the building and land/Council info. She was very easy to communicate with and her network of contacts made getting the building ready for sale, particularly stress-free. Her staff and colleagues were great to deal with.
