        Finding it impossible to contact this place in order to track a parcel supposedly sent in November to the UK. The process for making contact is unnecessarily cumbersome even though I can log in. The tracking details are confusing. I don't think the firm takes enough responsibility for making sure the parcel reaches the customer.
