Motozone

I very rarely give bad reviews but I was disappointed that Motozone wouldn't honor their return policy. I ordered some motorcycle pants which, when I sat on my bike, pulled up at the heel and were unsuitable. They are still in 100% new condition, other than the cardboard tag which just needs to be reattached. But because I had briefly worn them (how else do you know if they fit?) I was told "used is used" and they would not allow me to swap them. As I said, really disappointing, and I will be purchasing my bike gear elsewhere from now.

Absolutely excellent service - great communication, swift response. Honestly wasn't expecting the goods to be delivered until next week, due to when I placed the order, but they arrived within the week.

Have nothing but praise for this Bike Shop, very professional but still personal nothing a problem have had a couple of after purchase problems not the shops problem But was sorted and put right. PS most bike shops could learn a lot for customer service from this shop keep up the great service guys.THANKS
