        Extremely limited stock and sizes! Some ailes are hard to go down if you have a trolley especially by the clothes. Only go there if I can't make it to Hamilton that week but usually leave in disappointment anyway.

        Get a mostly good service here, with shop being well stocked. Staff are usually friendly and have a smile on their faces. Am a frequent shopper here for great bargains.

        The large Maori girl who was working at the customer service desk a few days ago. She has a really bad attitude and got very snarky towards me. Now and then customer service desk serve customers per normal, I assumed because it was busy during the time I was there (the ONE checkout open had a long line) they were doing that, as the customer service line was also long. The worker ignored me for a little when it came to me, I thought she was just busy. Then looked at me and said are you alright?! Obviously I want to purchase my things. If you didnt want to put my purchase thru, tell me to go to the checkout. Dont give me attitude. I said can I not purchase my things here? And didnt appreciate being told well seeing as this is the customer service desk, not really, but thats ok Ill do it if youre miserable get out of retail. People dont need your attitude because youre unhappy.
