Terrible customer service. Staff have no idea how to order parts. Been waiting 4 weeks for a belt, have called them multiple times, and every time they have no idea, went into store and they have no records of order. Will definitely not be going back there.

Shady & Poor Cus Service experience ever at TeRapa Stihl branch. 1, the female staff threaten a $60 fee to get my mower back when sitting in there shop for 9 days doing nothing, 2, i was never advised they were busy & given the impression mower be fixed in a few days by a male staff spoke to before i took my mower to there branch, i found out later that was not the case, 3, They would look at Monday & Ready Friday & will call, that never happened. I advised female staff this afternoon i be picking my mower up & was not happy my mower sitting there not worked on if had known in beginning would never left my mower there. Rung the police on my way to the branch to advise them may need there help incase get a hard time from this branch.

Ordered parts for a Rover Raider 42 inch /mulch blade's and plug or a mulch kit(part number I supplied from the original kit I purchased) on 13/01/2023, never heard back, so 7 days later phoned Stihl Te Rapa and was told twice those parts were on back order, I asked if they could check with there supplier (Steelfort) on expected delivery date and get back to me "which" they said they would, a few days later after nothing from Stihl I phoned Steelfort myself and left my phone number then missed a call from Steelfort, talked to Steelfort two days later (after leaving another voice message) that same day they got back to me an hour later and informed me that Stihl had ordered those parts and also informed me the mulch "kit hasn't been available since the beginning of 2020" but the parts (in the kit are able to be ordered) and then gave me those part numbers that I shared with Stihl, 5 days later (long weekend included) parts arrived from Palmerston -- 31/01/2023, when collecting today 01/02 I asked him (not mentioning name) if he had phoned Steelfort and he said no "they" hadn't because they don't have time to spend doing that (waiting for someone to answer the phone that is a "Quote" !!!!?) wonder how parts are ordered and how they could be better at checking orders but not impressed, plus a Honda self drive mower front wheel took ---- ordered same day with other parts 18 day's, makes me think if I ordered a top end lawn tractor (mower) how many phone calls they would be making to me and there supplier Steelfort!!? Not happy, next mowers may not be from a Stihl outlet, PS both mowers have been awesome though parts could be way better.
