Used Mat to repair my boat after a mishap with some rocks, very easy to deal with, helped with the insurance side of things to make it as quick and seamless as possible and repair was excellent (cant tell I ever had a mishap) Highly recommend

I rarely do negative reviews as we can all have bad days but felt it was needed this time, I was Unfortunate enough to have a bad experience here, I dropped my boat off to get a quote to tidy it up. I Agreed to the price to have everything done, then received a call a day after dropping it off saying it was going to be another 15% plus more even though it had been carefully inspected prior. I reluctantly agreed thinking it would be worth it. Then when I collected the boat 3 of the items highlighted had been missed and were originally discussed and agreed upon. This was met with an aggressive response from the owner, who said that it was going to cost me more again as more work was involved !! So after being charged another 15% I returned to collect the 2nd time and still found two items still hadnt been touched. The Worse part is being made to feel like Im the problem after paying nearly $3,000, very poor and disappointing experience.
