I would have to say that this company provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Sent them a query late in the evening expecting them to get back to me the next day but ended up sorting out my order then and there with extremely well priced replacement parts for our well used tramp. keep up what your doing as it cant be any better.

Always great products from these guys and the delivery times are unheard of for NZ. Ordered yesterday and its arrived today. Had an old trampoline from the competition and relaxed it with a jumpflex 12ft and the quality is way better.

I bought the 12ft jumpflex trampoline for my 1 year old and 4 year old son. I was very excited about it and got it due to the amazing reviews and the statements about how good the quality was. But boy was I wrong. While being in my backyard I noticed smoke rising from the poles. When I got closer I seen the poles combusting and melting away at the cover sleeves it came with. I am traumatized. This is a very Dangerous trampoline and not safe at all. thank God my kids were not on it. It would have caused serious harm to my children and this incident could have burnt down my home. There is clearly a recall on my trampoline parts.i shared the photos and even the video of the poles combusting In my backyard and jumpflex has yet to reach out to me to resolve anything. They clearly dont value the safety of children nor making safe trampolines

Wow! I can't believe how easy it has been dealing with Jumpflex, our trampoline came quickly and the kids have loved it. When we had a few spots of rust Jumpflex sprang into action and more than honored their warranties. I have never seen customer service like it. I can highly recommend Jumpflex trampolines to anyone!
