I'd totally recommend this pet transport company to anyone who needs to move their furry friend! We needed to get our ragdoll cat Cleo from Hamilton to Christchurch, and Sarah made everything a breeze. She gave us a schedule and all the details we needed to feel at ease about Cleo's trip. When we finally got her back, it was like she hadn't even been on a plane! Sarah was super quick to answer any questions we had, and even sent us some photos and an email to keep us updated on her progress. Thanks for making the whole process stress-free and reuniting us with our fur baby!

Exceptional service from Sarah and the team at Hamilton Pet Transport. I made an enquiry about transporting our new Puppy "Gucci" from New Plymouth to Darwin Australia and had a reply from Sarah with a quote and outline of the process within half an hour. We then had Gucci booked on a flight for Monday morning and were updated with constant communication of where he was at each the stage of the journey and the process around collection etc. which made us feel totally at ease . We couldn't have been happier with the whole process and highly recommend Hamilton Pet Transport. Sarah also helped us with Australian side so clear Gucci and to transport him from Brisbane to Darwin. I will highly recommend them the response and help where amazing. Thank you so so so much team

We are so pleased we used Hamilton Pet Transport to export our small dog to Australia. Working with them was such an easy experience. Sarah is knowledgeable and made the paperwork side effortless. Kevin was so patient with our dog and his calm, gentle approach put me at ease so I felt confident that our beloved dog would be safe. Our dog arrived happy and healthy. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a professional team to support you to take your fur-baby overseas.

A++ service. Sarah and Kevin were fantastic. I was very anxious sending my older dog international but they reassured me and she arrived in Australia safe and well. Highly recommend.
