Received two emails back immediately that I was booked in and everything confirmed.
Imagine my surprise when yesterday morning at 7.57am I rock up to Axiom on Te Kowhai Rd and I'm told the 'DG course has been cancelled". I'm not at all happy! I asked why didn't they call me? They had my phone number and email address. As far as I was concerned they had no excuse not to let me know. "Oh sorry! Both our DG trainers have quit" said some lady in the office. I replied "well I'm not surprised they left if this is how you treat people". All they had to do was pick up the phone and call to let me know the course had been cancelled. But instead they did not call, did not email, did not do anything but take my money. And
they tried to shift the blame by saying I hadn't sent a copy of my Driver's Licence so somehow that meant they didn't know I was booked in!! Are you for real?? I said I never received any email asking me to provide my D/L to prove I had a DG endorsement already. They wouldn't take any responsibility. Downright appalling treatment! No wonder then that staff are leaving.
I've sat classes 2, 4 and 5 with Axiom but never again! Avoid and book elsewhere. Now booked in with IVS Training in Hamilton.
