Streetwise Property Consultants

This was my first experience of property development so had a fairly steep learning curve. To make things a little more difficult, I was situated in Europe while the major part of the build was taking place. Brendan made the experience so much easier and it was great knowing that he was in charge and keeping things ticking along. We also had Covid hit toward the end of the build, however in spite of this, I would call the project a success! Property has been completed well and although a little delayed (due to length of consent times - out of Brendan's control) and slightly over budget (mainly due to high interest rates from bank rather than anything that Brendan was in charge of), a profit was made! Thanks Brendan!
