I totally agree with the last review it is a shame you cant give a minus. I can honestly say in all my time dealing with accountants i have never felt scammed until now. I have 3 businesses around the world that turnover large sums and this is a new venture with a tiny turnover. The charges this firm charges are more than i am charged combined for my other high turnover businesses. Actually the charges for completing a GST return are often more than the GST bill itself. When i was shocked at the charges i contacted director Matthew Fulton and here is a quote from his reply "I look forward to payment or we will send it onto the debt collectors." I am just so disappointed with this company. Please be warned that what you are told is not what you will get! If you are looking for an accountancy firm i would strongly recommend that you keep looking!

If I could give a minus I would. Too many errors. They only appreciate nice feedback and didn't like the fact I was unhappy at paying for a service that each year I worried if there would be another error.
