My wife is in this Care Home and she is being a difficult resident but the staff really look after her. She had a fall and broke a bone in her hip, and they contacted me straight away. Sent her to Waikato Hospital and kept in touch by phone and email. And when she came back to Care they still were the best! Thank You. I looked after her for over two years before I had to put her into care, and I know just how difficult she can be.

Dont recommend this resthome at all the way the treated my nana was very inhumane and the manager is a bully to family and their loved ones. And will use medication to shut their patients up very horrible . Manager Jane should really put herself in her patients shoes empathy goes along way. And retrain staff

Horrible place, horrible care, the staff are rude. Manager is unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Nice facility. New manager very friendly and helpful. Staff are very nice and helpful. My dad has settled and care standards are excellent

my mother has a large bruise on her arm, and said an indian nurse, with a white turben, purposely twisted her arm, there is an investigation at present !
