The Oxygen Air team were very competitive, sold in a system within our budget, were prompt with the installation and did a great job, what a difference the ducted system has made.

Recently had a ducting system installed. The team were professional and knowledgeable. They were competitive in pricing compared to two other companies. The overarching sales to installation experience was good but room for improvement. Unfortunately the electrician couldnt make it on the same day as the install, so it ended up taking two days instead of one. After the first few hours of running the aircon there was significant water leakage coming from the drainage pipe outside. The support team was quick to respond to my email with photos to schedule a technician to fix it. But it was a shame the technician was a no show which required me following up with the contact centre to find out what happened. The technician was rescheduled for a morning visit instead to make sure someone showed up. It was an easy fix though and happy with the product.

Excellent experience. From the speed to our initial enquiry through to the install itself - it couldn't have been more professional or friendly. Heaps of communication and no surprises. Would genuinely highly recommend this team.
