Minibus Express

I rang got a quote in the morning and to see if there a shuttle at the desired time was $85 as per website ... called to confirm booking a couple of hours later and told it was now $95. Said it had to be booked 24 hours in advance ( which i couldn't see on the website) let them know the flight was actually about 36 hours they told me that it was still $95 ! I then asked to talk with the manager. I was told the manager didn't want to talk with me ! ... go figure will not be using these guys again extremely rude and unprofessional

I have been a loyal user of minibus express for over ten years. The drivers remain polite and cheerful as ever but the front desk is being run by a terribly unprofessional woman. Completely ruined my user experience and turned us off this service. Provides incorrect information and is rude to customers. Cuts people off at the middle of the phone call and leaves our booking situation in the air. I sincerely doubt this persons ability to manage the bookings. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I will be taking this to their management. Absolutely horrendous experience.
