We went to Heathcoats Te Rapa yesterday . We were assisted by Lee . We were impressed by her product knowledge on different appliances. She was friendly and showed plenty of patience while we were making our decisions. Her advice was practical, clear and her great customer service was appreciated. Ken and Trish

Not the best service in the world. One staff member as I entered the store looked at me as though I was going to rob the place. Kept looking at me as I was browsing. Never judge a book by its cover.

Customer service is really bad, they sit behind counter and just watch, discussing their personal lives. The staff seem like they are only there to collect their pay checks and would rather not be there which reflects no customers. Communication between customer and Heathcoates Te Rapa is non existent regarding repairs. Dont waste your time or money here. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
