We have experienced extremely supportive care from all staff at Awatere thus far. Any housekeeping concerns raised (minor) have immediately been acknowledged, then promptly followed up. Communication is excellent. Staff interaction is consistently friendly and professional (and they have a sense of humor too which is often appreciated!!) Regular updates from medical staff when things go awry with the old folks.

Found a career on second floor at 3pm lying down on the patient lounge couch chatting on her phone. Lovely.! Even if your shift finishes in 1/2 he you could be doing a residence nails or chatting to them. Shame on you. 2 days on what an amazing response from Awatere manager Cushla. Thrilled to say the incident is being investigated promptly. Thank you. So thrilled to have such genuine rapid responses
