As a member based organisation in place to support their members, the team at Registered Master Builders Association Waikato offer fantastic support and knowledge. We have had the pleasure of attending events and workshops that the association runs on a regular basis, which gives us the ability to meet like-minded builders who are passionate about our industry. The builder and Master Builder work together (Im sure) to ensure the customer is NOT looked after when things go wrong. Both Urban and Maser Builders have had to be pushed along to get any attention. Every step is HARD for the customer. Builder dragging it out as long as they can so the workmanship warranty expires then customer has no guarantee Master Builder does not even adhere to there own words/procedures. Master Builder are just story tellers. Customer keeps on paying - no assurance with a master builder guarantee - its just a game to these people. I lost my husband cause of the stress this has put us through in the last 3 years.

I would highly recommend building with a Registered Master Builders Member. When our house was built in 2019 our builder was apart of this organization and our build run smoothly. Once we moved in we had a few small issues with our soak holes in back yard so contacted our builder who was there the following week to remedy and fix with no extra charge. Through my experience I can see they don't just let anyone into the Master Builders and I always recommend them to friends and family who are looking for a builder.
