Don't do it! office lady has no respect, a know it all.. the cheek of her dosent know anything as to whats going on in the workshop, a bit of a Karen to be honest I think she's one of the guys partners or wife she's not very suitable for the basic job when I went in to finally collect my vheicle after a promised week turned into 6 weeks. They still have parts that "went missing" 6 months later now.. No recipt for there work either said they would email it but never did.. poorly run business honestly don't do it. Take your money elsewhere and thank Me later I love you guys (customers) and take care. There is so many more things I could say but just read some of there other reviews.. I wish I had before I took my vheicle here

Absolutely appalling experience, car was in for repair for two weeks, that was fine, but what proceeded wasn't, paint match was shocking, dust all through paint, broken clips, terrible alignment, water leaks, water in tail lights, loan car was a disgusting p.o.s with auto trans issues, was given another dangerous loan car that was worse than first car, no working fan to demist car in middle of winter, had three close calls because I could not see out of car. My car went back in, was told it would be two days to repaint & fix issues, four days later I was told they had to get someone down fron Auckland to show them how to paint my car, this was a Friday, another week goes by with lie after lie after lie when the the car was to be finished, by Thursday I told him I was coming to collect my car & I was told my car has just gone back in the booth, two weeks after it went back for repaint, this started in May, it's Sept tomorrow & car is now being sorted by a professional company who have been fantastic, the owner of Harvey collision doesn't care one bit about his customers, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Great service, going to put car on hoist to check out after low impact crash just for peace of mind, very nice staff
