Supercheap Auto Te Rapa

Great service friendly team 18/04/2023 Car battery went flat died in our Mazda CX7. Called into the team at Supercheap Te Rapa. They had battery in stock which was great not having to go all over town looking for one. They offered fitting service so I took them up on thier offer. They removed and fitted battery in a very professional manner using all the correct tools and steps one would expect from a Auto shop. Aiden, Nico and Cody provided the best customer service I have seen in a long at any retail store.

Kazandra was incredibly helpful! After battling and spending hours and hundreds of dollars at a mechanic trying to get a fault fixed on my car, and then getting a new quote at $155 an hour to diagnose the problem, she did a diagnostic test and fixed the start/stop engine failure issue Ive been dealing with for over a year in about 5 minutes and for only $30. I cant thank her enough! She was super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend - great customer service.
