Rooms: All of the rooms look very comfortable very homely, clean, and well decorated to their unique names like Earth and fire for example Safety: I felt very secure knowing that there are cameras outside the building and my car was accidentally left unlocked but untouched in the morning! Walkability: Calm walks around the property and all I can hear is the beauty of nature but also went for my evening jog up the road which was also nice. Hubby had a spa by the pond after his workout on the gym equipment. Food & drinks: Well equipped kitchen for guests to use and there's also bbqs free to use!!! The free coffee machine made my morning a great pleasure! Noteworthy details: The farm animals are really cool and friendly! You can pat the goat and pigs and you can scavenge for free-range eggs around the property which the children loved doing and then cook them for breakfast!! How cool is that?! The dogs are the cutest things I've ever seen or cuddled!

A big thank you to Steve and Glady making the barn available to us for a last-minute booking when I phoned Steve. We had a family member in Waikato hospital. Koromatua Homestead was only 12 minutes easy drive to the hospital. It is pet friendly and allowed us to bring our dog to stay. Steve is a friendly host aways asking if we needed help and how our family member was in hospital? Staying in the barn allowed us to relax at night after a busy day visiting the hospital. The two heat pumps were very good at keeping the rooms warm during the cold nights. Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Safe place for your dog to stay.
