Thank you to Bedpost and especially Fiona for the knowledge, assistance, range of beds to consider, no-pressure sales approach, and price. We visited so many bed and mattress places and looked at every possible type of mattress over the past two months. We ended up back at Bedpost three different times during our search. Every time we needed more information, or found a different type of mattress to try, or had more questions, they were there to help. Absolutely recommend.

I hope someone can contact me on update for replacement bed which was bought on condition it is delivered prior to 16 Dec, product delivered but was damaged and after 2 contact us form online still no written reply and only time manage to speak when I called/ spoke to Francis who has been helpful otherwise very little response or appears no one looks into responding on online platform or even bothers keeping customers informed on progress. I understand there is short of staff but would really really appreciate if someone can give a definite date as I have family coming on 16 and don't have enough beds at home..Dave told me 3 weeks ago replacement should be available soon but still waiting..product got delivered within 1 week of buying but replacement not sure when.I normally don't put review but just did to get response and if can't be delivered by Wednesday will seek refund as you leave no choice. Very good customer service on sale but no follows up when product not delivered as intended..Francis has my contact so should be well aware how to contact and give him credit has good customer service but hope your organisation has good system to follow up.
