Vehicle Direct Hamilton

Went to view car I saw advertised online tried to negotiate price, lowered price a couple hundred, closer inspection I noticed it had no WOF! I was reassured car would be sold with new WOF and 6 month rego + 2 year mechanical warranty. So we had agreed on sale price and car would be getting WOF the following day...I don't hear back for 2 weeks and I'm told now he wants 2k more than the price we had agreed on? They need to pack bags and go straight to airport.

Never ever go to this dealer for vehicles. I was enquiring for a car from these people and I paid a refundable deposit of 300 dollars for blocking the car and when I asked the sales guy ( Ajay) about this deposit he never mentioned any conditions of refunding before I made the payment. Unfortunately I have to drop my plan to buy the car due to some personal reasons and when I asked my money back this guy is saying they cant give my money back. Now its more than a week. Please dont go to these fraudulent people and get cheated.
