Carpet Mill

I wouldn't buy carpet mill carpet again and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there carpet. Had the hole house done they said the color would lighten up a bit yeah ok but bloodly hell it's changed so much it doesn't look anything like what we choose now. Also within a few months you could already see wear on the carpet where you walk. I have call and they said they would send someone around to look but know one has come. It's been months since I called.

Superb! We were looking for "cost effective" carpet... approached 5 companies for quotes, each supplier gave us options and finally the carpet we chose was the 2nd level Valenciana. While I say cost effective - I wasn't doing anything that looked or felt cheap! The service was fabulous especially when compared to the other companies at the quoting stage. Skyla turned up with a great range of samples. (the others brought 2 or 3, one brought none, we had to visit the store!) We got to see the colour range AND the variations in quality too. Then we had the demo/try out of what the carpet would feel like as Skyla also brought a sample of the underlay. She layered this up with the chosen grade of carpet on the wooden floor and told us that this is what it will feel like underfoot! Very sensible demo! Then we were told we'd have a quote that evening, we did, and it was clear and detailed. Two other companies we waited two extra days beyond specified due date... and the other quotes were not detailed in any way really. The carpet has now been installed in a super timely manner and it looks and feels fab! Great job Carpet Mill Team, fantastic!!!
