Very rude customer service. They need to train their staff on how to talk with customers. Its true civtec has lobby as they are the only provider in their area, but still customers need a polite respeonse when they come to know that their appointment was cancelled after waiting for 2 months and nobody from Civtec bothers to inform the customer. Highly disappointing not recommended

After about two months of waiting for an appointment for my fibre install we finally had someone come, look for 5 minutes and tell me another team had to dig the fibre tube in. A week later civtech came again digging a massive hole and not finding what was in their plan. Instead of investigating the issue two other teams came, dug up the same piece of lawn and left. Instead of connecting our fibre, they chose to leave and ignore me, leaving half the lawn missing and no fibre. Now Ive got a heap of grass missing and no returning calls from the civil team. Went to 5g wifi as that was the only option. Only giving 2 stars because the customer service on the phone was nice and the only motivated part of the company.

Pulled right out in front of me while I was going 80km had to then slow down to 30km - reckless drivers
