Weve had no internet for almost 6 days now. They told us twice that theyd come and fix our internet but decided not to show up both of those times without leaving a message as to why. These people and company In general are completely unprofessional and useless. Very disappointed. Wish I could rate lower then 1 star.

Wish i could rate minus stars. VDSL went out, many calls, 3 no shows and 2 weeks later, finally got it fixed by a technician from a different company that chorus hired. Yet my neighbours that are on a different line but comes from the same box got theirs fixed in 2 days! This company and their scheduling is useless!

Been without our internet for nearly 2 weeks, contact has been made then promised to come to address the issue via message, then not showing up. Then getting told that it'll be sorted again in 2 days. Then to find out there aren't any job cards for our area & that it wasn't on the system. They to be told they'll be out. Still waiting... my rating is a minus 2 stars.

These guys are so incompetent!!! I had then try to disconnect my Internet server made sure I said no to my provider and then these clowns went and disconnected my service. They been out twice to fix the damage they did and still can't seem to get there act together as I'm still without Internet. Honestly absolutely useless.
