I have never, in my life experienced such a high level of customer service purely based on effort, enthusiasm and willingness to help. I purchased a car privately that had a plethora of issues that Raglan Diesel took under their wing and spent some time fixing. From the moment I called them stranded on the highway, Alan got in his car with no shortness of positivity in his tone, picked me up and arranged for me to borrow his vehicle for me to drive home to Tauranga in. They allowed for me to pick my vehicle up when it was finished outside of hours and were straight to the point about the repairs it needed. No false hope, just honesty. 10/10 recommend and I hope if I break down again, it's near them so they can help me again.

Service was Terrible communication really bad. Seems customer is a joke as management laugh at you and think it is funny, would not recommend this place at all.

Friendly and professional workshop. The whole process was easy and convenient. Great communication, including a text when the work is completed. Tidy and clean building, lots of parking. The service felt personalised, and gives the impression that they really care about achieving good outcomes. I'll definitely be using using this workshop from now on.

These guys are professionals of the highest caliber. My partner and I had our van break down on the side of the road. We spent hours calling countless shops, all of them replying in the same manner, " this is going to be expensive, and we don't have time for many weeks. Good luck." Upon calling Raglan Diesel, I was greeted by Alan, who promptly asked me where I was, if I needed a tow, and if I needed any other assistance. At the shop, I was given an estimate on time, and expense, and I was informed they'd get to work diagnosing right away. Throught the process, I was kept informed by either Jared, or Alan, and no money was spent, until we discussed it first. The work was performed on time, and to budget. The van runs, was left clean, and the service was exceptional. I can't recommend these guys enough. They made an expensive, otherwise unenjoyable process as painless and smooth as possible. Very professional! Thank you!
