Elekron staff: Yes, correct, We cant pay a technician and call fee, to investigate, and then u dont do. Not woeth our while such small job. I think you dealing with wrong company we are large scale commercial. Also if you want quote, you telk us what isxwrong a d how to fix, what material to buy, and how long it will take us, then we can provide a quote. Basically that invoice is a quote to solder the broken wire, and investigate the other ones, please read it.
It is shocking for the customer service!
