        I would recommend that everyone avoid using the climate control component of the ATA Touch system in a ducted air conditioning system; It does not work like a typical ducted unit; the temperature constantly yo-yo's during a cold day by up to 5c below the room's setpoint. This behaviour has been verified up by 4 independent temperature sensors, including the sensor built in to the system. In my honest opinion, the customer support we have received on this issue has been unsupportive to say the least, and ATA Touch indicate this is how the system should be working.

        Ata-Touch has cut my energy bills in half, and given me a high tech smart home solution. My heat pump now powers my spa and domestic hot water as well as heating my whole house. The control options are amazing, I can control and look after my house from anywhere in the world. Thanks Peter!
