        Plenty of parking, clean and spacious facilities...and I love this gym, otherwise I wouldn't be coming back! Great coaches and the programmes are different each day and science based...To learn more, book an appointment and go find out. I'm ready to start my second 8 week challenge at the start of October that will help me with continuing to develop better eating and exercise habits over time. I've been a member since May and I'm already seeing positive benefits

        I love body fit training the instructors are awesome and encouraging and it doesn't matter what fitness level your at you can still adjust to what suits aswell as push yourself to your limit
