Expert Flooring Hamilton

Expert flooring installed laminate flooring for me, was a total disaster, shoddy workmanship , damage, zero preparation, came back 4 times to try and fix it, (took over 6 months ) more problems. i contacted the product rep who came and inspected, he also agreed that the installation was sub standard. Tried to resolve with Andy but was arrogant and said nothing wrong with it. Disputes tribunal case pending as this is my only option now.

Thanks Andy and team at ExpertFlooring. 2 yrs ago Andy installed new carpet and wood panelling floor for us, and we were very pleased with the job. This year we had some damage to our carpets following heavy rain, Andy and his team were helpful and professional in the remedial work that needed to be undertaken. Thanks Andy.

Besides the great price and quality of product, I felt Andy was very genuine and was looking after me, it wasn't just about making a "sale". The carpet layers were great, they did an awesome job. Arrived on time each day and just got stuck in and got the job done. Thank you, I love my carpet and the difference it has made to my home.
