Best service Ive come across I dealt with Mike and he was amazing I took my baby to him on Friday and he was so helpful and kind and returned my baby back to me today would definitely recommend him to anyone great service great attitude thank you guys

Fantastic services we are so happy with Noel, Mathew and Dana. They looked after our Mum and took care of all the details. They are professional culturally sensitive and totally aware of protocol and Church services. This made it easier for me to deal with other matters during Covid-19. Thank you so much it was a great day for all my whanau. We have no hesitation in recommending Noel Morris Mathew and Dana who cared for our mother daily during the time she was with the Simplicity Bereavement.

Horrifying. Unprofessional. Low Rent. I wouldn't send Anything there let alone my loved one. Zero star rating from me. (I see i have been flagged for fake review. This is simply untrue.) Dont even get me started on the poor service and impatience of the woman that ran the service the night of our family friend. And to be accused of lying by the owner just proves the incompetence and denial of the staff. They have done this to other low reviews aswell. It would scare me off completely ever using this service again.
