        We had our heat pumps/air conditioning units installed by The Heat Pump Shop about 3 years ago and Mark and his staff were so easy to deal with. They gave us great suggestions on where to place the units and we were more than happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this business to others. Great service, very reasonable price.

        I cannot recommend this business enough for all things heat pumps! They went out of their way to make sure I was offered the best possible advice as to where my heat pump should be located and which model was best suited to my home. When it came to installing, Mark and Tom got the job done and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Not only are they knowledgeable, efficient and reliable but friendly and relaxed too, making my experience easy and leaving me with a toasty home for snuggling down this winter!
