Service staff and parts staff weren't helpful at all and alittle rude. Tried to return some parts and what I was told they won't but will happily take the items back

Updated this review after another year and change rating from 1 star to 5 star. Reason: Was impressed with Douglas (i think that's his name), his genuine service and smile really made my day. I am amased with the courtesy car provided, very very clean. Well done team. old review: Very dissapointing. Provided me with a courtesy car full of smoke smell. My kids were coughing the whole time and could not breath. When I mentioned this issue to the reception, she said that she could not smell anything, but then later on she said that other customers also complained the same thing. If you know other customer complained about this issue, why lend this car to me. Also, I gave my phone number when I filled-in the form for wof and service. Why called my wife when she has no clue what's going on. At the end, the car that I left overnight in their store didnt pass wof and have to make another appointment.
