        We stayed here for a weekend to do some e-biking on the Te Awa track. Although the motel is a little tired, we had a great spacious room with spa bath, cooking facilities and excellent bed and linens - consequently we had a great night's sleep. What stood out for us was the excellent service at reception - we were able to get secure storage for our bikes, even on the day we left so that we were able to visit Hamilton Gardens - a treat in its own right.
