TANK Te Awa- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Drove 15 minutes to order only to be told they closed. Saying 9pm closed and already stopped taking orders at 8.30pm. Very disappointed and waste of time and gas

Have loved Tank for the last how many years. But myself, family and friends will never spend any money at Te Awa Tank again. Rude staff, terrible service. No giving of numbers so we dont know when orders are ready. Five customers or more were waiting 15-20 minutes plus normal waiting time for maybe one smoothie each or a salad if that, only to find the whole time it was sitting on top of the counter but they didnt care to read numbers or call orders and after expressing we were clearly unhappy about this not one staff member apologised for any inconveniences they all continued to keep their heads down and ignore us. I work in hospitality and I was absolutely appalled that this is what your employees call customer service to be quite honest.

Walked up to the counter and the serve staff just walked away! When I got my smoothie it was runny & yuk! You've lost me as a customer!
