Thanks for your service today. Was great to have someone who knew the size I needed and went around the shop while I was in the change room and found me various bras to try on and then checked if they fitted correctly, which was really helpful!

Went in today to exchange a gift. The lady who served us barley glanced at us and told us to "just look around". When the correct size couldn't be found she again was less than helpful. Was less than welcoming so we asked for a refund and left.

Brought online and had acouple of months wait for goods to arrive, no one was avaliable to speak with, had to converse via email and wait 2 or 3 days for a response and was given tracking numbers which did not work. Overall was a pretty difficult purchase. Dont think I would use their online shopping system again unless they improved it
