        Went and asked for help with the air pump as I hadnt used a manual one before and wasnt sure how to do it. Guy on counter said that it wasnt something they did and refused to help. Couldnt figure it out and another customer came to help. Went to another petrol station with a newer air pump and realised it hadnt pumped correctly. I dont know if it was broken but this could have been avoided with a little customer service. Things like that are also safety issues. It wasnt like we hadnt purchased anything in the store either! Very unhappy.
