My sofa bed is 13 months old and unfortunately it is now broken. A few weeks out of warranty and there is nothing this company will do about it. I tried getting hold of them for over a week but their customer service is extremely poor. Quite disappointing as I now have to invest in a new couch. Worst $ spent

On te rapa easily reachable parking out front. Just need a tidy up in the garden. Was able to order my bed mattress 2 weeks waiting on new order if they have it in stock in Auckland they Fetch themselves and it's a 3-day turn-around They have a large selection of furniture tables chairs benches desksm's couches coffee tables a larg range to choose from good quality. You can do a payment plan which allows you to pay within instalments helpful staff willing to service the customers needs.

Items starting falling apart and coverings peeling off after 1 week and the store was notified. Asked for refund as they told me it was the styling, which it was not. Was a big hassel and had to get a 3rd party involved to get it sorted as they wouldn't answer me. Never dealing with them again.

Good furniture store but not as much as stock displayed in Auckland store but can be ordered online and delivered to this store.
