Not sure wot happened to my review, pretty sure I posted one. But anyway..STILL WAITING for delivery..you have FULL payment. Nil comms from you. I already called the store once- 3rd week of April was the delivery estimate..still waiting on the call John.. And then you start reading the reviews. How embarrassing. Imagine how pumping the business could be with great customer service. The products are premium priced so you would think paying for staff shouldnt be the issue

Horrible buying experience. I called them regarding my order, as I purchase 5 items and I wanted to see if any items had come in stock after weeks of waiting. Most of my order was in stock and the guy was so rude then said he would call back and never did. So 3 weeks later i drove 80km round trip to go in store and found terrible service there too, no sorrys, they just wrung out every last cent they could to split the order. Left me with horrible feeling of buyer remorse and I havent even received goods yet. Maybe work on making your customers leave with a positive experience then they might come back again or even recommend you to their friends? Just a thought!

Bought two couches, a coffee table and two side tables and couldn't be happier with them. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Very helpful staff in store.
