        Took my Vespa et2 for a service and was given really poor communication. Didnt receive any updates for a month until I enquired them myself. They still didnt know what was going on and the Vespa still hadnt been seen. They took about a month to finish it up and was given the bill invoice at night, telling me I had to pay by the next day. The one thing I asked when I took my Vespa in was a new stand as my previous one is broken and after being there a little over a month when I got it back the stand wasnt touched. They didnt know if they had ordered it or not, was just a complete waste of my time and money. I was also given an estimate (after I asked for one) and they came back saying 500-600, when the actually invoice happened to be more than 350-400 more. The incompetency shown throughout my experience was ridiculous. I never write reviews like this ever but unfortunately I am very disappointed.
