A free15 minute consultation was booked online and details sent through confirming this for my sister who suffers terribly from various ailments. This would have been a fabulous opportunity for all parties. However this was not undertaken and there was no notification received from Sage Clinic saying otherwise. Extremely disappointed because my sister specifically took time off work to speak with Rebecca and I was willing to contribute to future appointments. Rebecca eventually made contact after I tried several times to contact her, and explained about her technical difficulties. I appreciate the problems however do not appreciate the unprofessional reasons. Such a shame for everyone involved.

I felt so at ease and comfortable with her, to the point that if she said jumping off a bridge would help me, l would do it ... seriously Rebecca l found the caring and informative time spent with you today helped so much.
