        Waste of time dealing with them in Te Rapa. We have cash, ready to buy, did our homework and selected the fireplace we wanted. Just needed one last price on the backing shield ...... 3 weeks and they haven't responded. Been in twice more to follow up. One sales guy/boy was just not interested in making the sale. Lazy Will be buying a kent from your competitor this week
