        James was incredibly helpful, assisting with getting medications urgently delivered to my Mum, during Level 3 lockdown. I couldn't travel to Hamilton as I live in a Level 2 area & he ensured the script was put on courier as soon as it arrived. A huge relief for me and for my in pain Mum. Impressive & unbelievable service :-)
