I have recently shopped at JB Te Awa. I was served by Sean and it was an absolute pleasure. He spent about an hour with me making suggestions and helping me try almost every suit on in the shop. I have spent 20 years in customer service and this has been the best experience I have had or witnessed. Very professional but still made then interactions casual. Once we had found the suit I needed he took me down the mall to have it tailored. I walked away with, a 3 peice suit, dress shirt,shoes, belt, hoodie and jacket and it was worth every cent. I'd like to thank Sean for his time because good customer service these days is few and far between let alone exceptional. A true asset to any business.

Was great shopping experience.sean and his team went above and beyond to get me and my groomsmen fitted correctly .he organized our sizes to be shipped to me and kept in contact through the waiting process.great crew great shop great vibe
