I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been working with the team this year at WRE. It really has been a transition from night to day - compared with the previous property manager we worked with. Yvette has done a magnificent job working with us to get our second house ready and rented by Christmas. She is incredibly responsive and has a great team of tradespeople at her fingertips to get things done quickly. We look forward to working with the WRE team further in the future.

hayden mai is the most useless property manager/landlord ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. took months to get anything done, for instance our automatic garage door jammed (fortunately our flatmates car was out of the garage) and took 4 months for him to get someone to come and fix it after multiple emails and threatening him with the tenancy tribunal. also took 8 months to get a new dishwasher after it broke. central heating stopped working (thankfully in spring so it wasnt too cold) which took him a month to sort out. multiple lightbulbs were never replaced even after multiple emails and pointing it out at property inspections. minimum effort useless. then proceeds to raise the rent by $30 a week after doing nothing but bare minimum essential maintenance. what a joke.
