Google reviews really didn't lie! Atticus Legal's high ratings are very well deserved. Sharon and Andrew were great in helping me purchase my first home! Being a FHB is an overwhelming experience, didn't really have a clue as to how things go - luckily I had Sharon who phoned in and answered all my dumb questions before I had chosen my lawyers. Super understanding and made sure I knew what I was getting into. Communication was very prompt via email/phone, and the entire process was quite smooth - minor bumps along the way but I never actually worried because they were so dependable! Very very easy to work with. I appreciated them in looking into the risks and giving advice in how to deal with certain scenarios. Not once did I regret choosing Atticus Legal The fact that most of the engagement can be done virtually definitely made things less stressful for me as well as the visibility of roughly how much it'll cost on their website. I recently had the pleasure of working with Atticus Legal when we purchased our first home. Andrew and Sharon were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Andrew Smith and his legal assistant Sharon Spain acted for us in selling our house. Both were friendly, patient, efficient and through, anticipating possible problems and proactively addressing these. Andrew took time to explain the offer/sale process. He detailed the possible outcomes of each step with clarity and patience. His manner was personal and reassuring. It felt like we being accompanied on our journey to complete the sale of our house. I liked it that Sharon took the trouble to inform us of the completion of the sale before she and Andrew had competed their final report. Doing that was a thoughtful, personal touch and it was appreciated. Highly recommend
