The Roofing Specialists Ltd are the best in the game hands down. If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would. No roofing company comes close with the industry knowledge than Frank Thomas and the team behind him. I stumbled across this company not by choice but by shear luck, when I had another roofing company do a shoddy rescrew. Unfortunately that company damaged my roof beyond repair. My insurance company contracted The Roofing Specialists Ltd as recommended by The Roofing Association of NZ to assess the damage in a consultancy capacity. To cut a long story short I got denied insurance under faulty workmanship and I ended up in the Disputes Tribunal. Monique, the Administration Manager and QS, along side her father Frank Thomas who is a life member of the Roofing Association NZ have been completely professional. They have helped me right the way through providing detailed, honest and understandable information regarding my roof. I have absolutely no idea about roofing, so it was reassuring to have someone take the extra time to talk me through everything. Ill be using The Roofing Specialists Ltd to re-roof my house when the time comes. Sometimes cheaper quotes end in a-lot of heart ache and its best to stick with knowledge and integrity. Start to finish the team at Roofing Specialist Hamilton were courteous, communicative, at all times. I was kept informed regularly, and the actual roofing team were such a respectful, worksite tidy group of guys I couldnt fault them (not that Im looking for faults).
